Ravens WR Lee Evans (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 3. Baltimore is wisely giving the 30-year-old some time off to get that ankle right. It's unclear whether Torrey Smith or Tandon Doss will start opposite Anquan Boldin against the Rams this Sunday, but neither guy is a fantasy option.
