Colts RB Joseph Addai (hamstring) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals. Consider him week-to-week at this point. In the meantime, Delone Carter and Donald Brown will serve as Indy's top-2 RBs. Carter is the better bet for early-down and goal line work, while Brown figures to play on passing downs. Neither guy is a particularly strong fantasy play against a stout Cincinnati run defense.
