The Bengals have released WR Jordan Shipley. He’s been practicing since late-July, but he’s yet to regain his quickness and change-of-direction after last September’s torn ACL. He’ll get a look elsewhere, but if he couldn’t make this Bengals team, it’s tough to imagine him making a fantasy impact in 2012.
