The Bucs have claimed WR Jordan Shipley off waivers. He was released by the Bengals last week. Word is that Shipley hasn’t regained his quickness or change-of-direction ability after last September’s torn ACL. In Tampa, he’ll enter the fray for #3 WR duties alongside guys like Preston Parker, Arrelious Benn, and Sammie Stroughter. Until we hear some positive reports on Shipley’s play, he remains off the fantasy radar.
