The Colts have replaced former OC Bruce Arians with former Stanford OC Pep Hamilton. He spent the past 2 years piloting the Cardinal offense, which means he had just 1 year in that post with Andrew Luck and TE Coby Fleener. It should help Luck to get familiar system rather than face the challenge of potentially learning something completely new. And Hamilton has experience in NFL offenses. He spent 2003-05 on the Jets' offensive staff, coached Niners QBs in 2006 and then served as Chicago's QB coach 2007-10. Stanford's "pro-style" offense was viewed as a mark in Luck's favor heading into last year's draft.
