Elvis Dumervil makes 2016 Pro BowlBaltimore Ravens OLB Elvis Dumervil has been named to the 2016 Pro Bowl Roster, the NFL announced Monday afternoon.-It marks Dumervil’s fifth overall and second-straight Pro Bowl nod. He will join LS Morgan Cox, P Sam Koch and G Marshal Yanda as the Ravens representatives who will play in this Sunday’s game.-“Whenever you are recognized by your peers, it is an honor,” Dumervil stated. “To be able to play with the best the NFL has to offer is a blessing.-“I wouldn’t be here without my teammates, and I want to thank them, my coaches, the Ravens organization and all of our great fans around the country. I hope to represent you well. I am humbled.”-A 10-year veteran, Dumervil’s 96 career sacks rank seventh among active NFL players. This past season, Dumervil started in every game for the Ravens, recording 48 tackles (29 solo), a team-high six sacks, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.-In 2014, he established a Ravens’ franchise record with a career-high-tying 17 sacks.
