Cowboys WR Dez Bryant injured his knee in Monday’s practice. He’s been diagnosed with patella tendonitis. "Rest is the word," insider Todd Archer tweets. "Too early to know if he plays in preseason." It tentatively sounds like Bryant will be ready for Week 1, but durability continues to be a concern. He missed 4 games in his 2010 rookie campaign; missed 1 game and was limited in a few others last year; and has now dealt with hamstring and knee problems this August. Bryant remains a high-risk, high-reward WR2. We’ll continue to update his status over the next few weeks. Meanwhile, QB Tony Romo’s fantasy outlook is tumbling. His top-3 weapons — Bryant, Miles Austin, and Jason Witten — are all sidelined.
