Decker to Get MRI Today, Injury Believed to be Sprain not Tear

Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker injured his knee on a tackle by Steelers James Harrison on Sunday, and he will get an MRI today, but the injury is not as bad as originally feared, according to the Denver Post.

Decker is believed to have suffered a sprain of his medial cruciate ligament (MCL) and not an ACL tear as originally feared.  We’ll know for certain after today’s test.
