Coach Gruden’s QB Camp Parody

World renowned comedian and impersonator Frank Caliendo is at it again. Caliendo is famous for his spot on impressions of some of the most recognizable and popular icons in popular culture. His latest hit impersonation: Jon Gruden. If you have ever tuned into a Monday Night Football broadcast on ESPN, you know that the announcers are Mike Tirico and former NFL coach Jon Gruden.

Gruden has been at ESPN since 2009 and he is known for his colorful personality and his outstanding knowledge of the game of football. He has worked on several different NFL shows on ESPN, but what he may be most known for is the feature series he does every spring called “Gruden’s QB Camp”. In each half hour episode, Coach Gruden brings in soon to be rookie quarterbacks and some other positional players for one-on-one film sessions.

Caliendo has taken that QB camp format and created a hilarious parody called “Gruden’s Pee Wee Quarterback camp”. Not only is the impression and voice of Gruden perfectly executed by Caliendo, but he also captures Gruden’s mannerisms as well has his more memorable sayings like “Spider-2-Y-Banana”. And the Pee wee players in the video just add to the hilarity of this clip.
