The New England Patriots blew the Indianapolis Colts out of the water Sunday with a final score of 59-24.
The real story here though happened in the final few minutes. Tight end Rob Gronkowski went for the extra point, which resulted in a broken forearm for him. He is said to be out for four to six weeks.
With Gronkowski out, more pressure is put on tight end Aaron Hernandez who has been out for his right ankle injury since week 7. The Pats need a strong tight end if they want to maintain their top-rated offense. Pressure will be put on Hernandez to return. In the meantime, Julian Edelman and Visanthe Shiancoe will have to step up.
Can the Patriots do it? Or will their reputation and winning streak fall short?
