The Bills have signed WR/KR Brad Smith to a 4-year, $15 million deal. HC Chan Gailey should have fun with a gadget player like Smith. He’ll also be used on returns, and will likely see some time in the slot. The addition is bad news for WR Roscoe Parrish.
