Texans RB Arian Foster (hamstring) is officially inactive for today's tilt with the Colts. Houston is wisely playing it safe here in a game they should be able to win without him. RB Derrick Ward will draw the start, with Ben Tate mixing in. The Texans will ride the hot hand, which makes both guys RB3 plays. If you're choosing between the two, we'd gamble on the more talented Tate.
