The Lions have released RB Aaron Brown. It looked like he was in the mix for backup RB duties when he started Detroit's 3rd preseason game. Instead, they'll roll with Jerome Harrison and Maurice Morris behind Jahvid Best. Harrison is the recommended handcuff.
