The Eagles have announced that Michael Vick and Jeremy Maclin are both officially out for Sunday’s divisional matchup with the New York Giants. Neither player will travel to New York for the game.
That puts the offense in the hands of back up quarterback Vince Young, the former #3 overall draft pick out of Texas, who so far this season is most famous for applying the term “Dream Team” to the Eagles. Hopefully, his play on the field this weekend can make everyone forget about the premature application of that nickname.
