The Lions’ Dec. 4 game at the New Orleans Saints has been flexed into NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” spot, replacing the New England Patriots-Indianapolis Colts game according to Josh Slagter of the Grand Rapids Press.
It will be Detroit’s first appearance on “Sunday Night Football” on NBC and first Sunday night game since a 2005 overtime loss to the Green Bay Packers.
