This Sunday, the New York Giants will take on a Washington Redskins team led by one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the NFL, Robert Griffin III. Griffin is just one of two duel-threat quarterbacks the Giants face twice a year, with Michael Vick being the second.
During an interview on WFAN Radio, Giants safety Antrel Rolle voiced the differences he sees in the two quarterbacks, nj.com reports.
“I haven’t watched too much film on RGIII yet. I’ve just seen highlights and this, that and the other,” Rolle said. “But, of course, they’re different. They’re two totally different quarterbacks and I think that their game as far as their offensive approach is extremely different. RGIII, as you know, he can run the ball. I think he runs the ball a lot more than Michael Vick. I mean, he’s a fast guy. He has a very, very strong arm and I think he’s an all-around quarterback and he’s going to get better with time.”
Griffin leads the NFL with a 70.2 completion percentage and is third in the league with a 100.5 passer rating.
