Darren McFadden out again Tuesday

Raiders RB Darren McFadden (foot) was held out of practice again on Tuesday.  According to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora, McFadden "can't explode, can't sprint, can't jog ... and can't even really put weight on his foot."  He won't play against the Chargers Thursday night. McFadden has rushed for 614 yards so far this season, and has been averaging 5.4 yards per carry.
