The city of Richmond, Virginia is preparing for the arrival of a fairly popular football team with a pretty popular Quarterback. The Washington Redskins are set to kickoff training camp July 25th in a brand-spanking new facility that’s basically complete and ready to be used. The town is buzzing. Businesses in the surrounding areas are ready. But none more so than a nearby Arby’s that has set aside a parking space for Washington’s own, Robert Griffin III.
This photo, taken by Twitter user @Mark_T_Farmer, was discovered down the street from the Redskins’ new training facility. Pretty cool and very nice of them to give Griffin door-to-door service. Especially since the QB is still recovering from the total reconstructive knee surgery he underwent back in January.
The only question is, will the parking space be used by Robert Griffin III in some form or fashion during his stay in Richmond? Not to mention, isn’t he supposed to “eat fresh?”
