The Buffalo Bills have agreed to a two-year deal worth a maximum of $13 million with quarterback Kevin Kolb, league sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Saturday night. Schefter says it’ll give Buffalo “another starting caliber” passer.Kolb has started games for 2 NFL franchises, but 1 traded him away and the other cut him. Kolb clearly won’t be the long-term answer in Buffalo. But he’s probably a better 1-year option than Tarvaris Jackson to transition to whomever the Bills pick in April’s NFL draft.
