The Bills are expecting RB Fred Jackson (concussion) to return to practice on Wednesday. Fred Jax still hasn't passed his baseline tests, but he's trending in the right direction. "Everything's on track for him to be ready to go Wednesday," HC Chan Gailey said. "He says he's feeling well." Jackson isn't out of the woods just yet, but owners can tentatively expect him to play against the Colts on Sunday. It's unclear how the Bills will divide touches between Jackson and C.J. Spiller.
