Packers WR Jordy Nelson (hamstring) is officially INACTIVE for today's game against the Jaguars. WRs James Jones and Randall Cobb should dominate targets and are both must-starts in fantasy. WR Donald Driver also figures to see an increased role, but he's just a low-end WR3 option.
