Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder) has been ruled out for Thursday night's game against the Steelers. QB Matt Hasselbeck gets another start after completing just 26 of 43 passes with 1 TD and 1 INT this past weekend. He's not a fantasy option against Pittsburgh's 4th-ranked pass defense. Tennessee is hoping to get Locker back for Week 7.
