The Redskins selected Nebraska RB Roy Helu in the 4th-round of the draft. A big guy with deceptive speed, Helu is coming off back-to-back seasons of over 1,100 yards rushing. Considering injury prone Ryan Torain is the only capable back on the Skins roster, Helu could flirt with top-40 numbers in HC Mike Shanahan’s RB friendly system.
