Browns QB Colt McCoy (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. It’s unclear if he’s passed his baseline tests, but HC Pat Shurmur did reveal that McCoy is still dealing with headaches. Consider him questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals. If he can’t go, QB Seneca Wallace would start. Neither Wallace nor McCoy are recommended fantasy plays.
