The Eagles have signed OT Demetrius Bell to a 5-year deal. Bell has had some trouble staying healthy but was widely-regarded as the top OT in a relatively weak free-agent class. He finished 17th in Pro Football Focus’ OT rankings this past season, receiving positive grades in both run and pass-blocking. In Philly, he’ll replace LT Jason Peters, who is likely done for the year with a torn Achilles.
