Titans HC Mike Munchak announced that QB Jake Locker will start the team's 2nd preseason game. The plan all along was for Locker and QB Matt Hasselbeck to rotate preseason starts, so we won't read too much into this. Still, Locker has outplayed Hass throughout training camp and was better in the 1st exhibition game. With another impressive showing against the Bucs on Friday, he could take a clear lead in the race for the starting job. A full season's worth of starts would give Locker top-10 fantasy upside.
