Jaguars TE Zach Miller has received full medical clearance after undergoing shoulder surgery on October 20th. The injury cost him 12 games last season. Miller has plenty of athleticism, but the former QB hasn't produced at the NFL level yet. Even if he's healthy this year, he's unlikely to be a fantasy factor playing behind TE Marcedes Lewis.
