While the Bills are calling RB Fred Jackson (calf) "day-to-day," they've already ruled him out for Wednesday's practice. Fred Jax was reportedly "very, very sore" on Monday -- not surprising for a 30-year-old. Consider him questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets. If he can't go, RBs C.J. Spiller and Johnny White would likely share backfield duties.
