Green (knee) will miss his 3rd-straight practice on Friday.  He'll still likely be listed as questionable and considered a game-time decision.  It's a huge game for Cincy against the Ravens, so they'll do everything in their power to get Green ready.  At far less than 100%, though, the rookie will be a risky fantasy option.  We'll have another update this afternoon.
