Carson Palmer more comfortable with offense

Raiders QB Carson Palmer feels more comfortable with the team's playbook after studying it over the bye week.  "There's no comparison, this week to last Wednesday," Palmer said. "I'm comfortable with the entire playbook, comfortable with the guys, comfortable with the snap count, where to stand in the huddle. Every little bit I've been around here, every second I've had, I just learn more and more."  Palmer can't be much worse than he was back in Week 7, but we're still concerned about his arm strength and decision-making.  We wouldn't consider him anything more than a mid-range QB2 the rest of the way.
