Chargers WR Vincent Jackson (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday.  We haven't heard of any sort of setback, but V-Jax is still clearly at less than 100%.  It helps explain his pathetic production over the past 3 weeks.  Jackson is expected to play against the Packers on Sunday -- and he'd be tough to bench -- but keep expectations in check
