Yahoo's Mike Silver reports that Bengals RB Cedric Benson has been slapped with a 3-game suspension for violating the league's Player Conduct Policy during the lockout. Benson is appealing the decision though, so he'll play against the 49ers this Sunday. The appeal is expected to be heard sometime next week, meaning Ced-Ben would sit out Weeks 4, 5, and 6 if the decision is not overturned. RB Bernard Scott is obviously the big winner here. He's a candidate for 15+ touches per game while Benson is out. Scott is worth a pick-up in all leagues.
